About our Laboratory

At Spray pack we have the ability to formulate any product that you may require. We have the know how and the resources in equipment and people to develop your product. We can do a full scale development from “lab to pallet” or just develop a product that is manufactured elsewhere.

How it works

Our clients bring us an idea for a new product. We then embark on the research and development to develop this product. We look at the marketing plan and come up with a formula for a product, the formula is then checked if it meets the legal requirements. We also look at the packaging as well as the logistics of manufacturing this product. Once we have satisfied all these requirements we then develop the formula for full scale manufacturing, we build a product technical file that is based on the setup of the clients machinery and output capability. A registration is obtained on behalf of the client if the product developed is for the domestic market. Thereafter a full product technical file is delivered to the client for the manufacture of the product. We also do the quality control of the product to see if the product is still being manufactured in the tolerances we stipulate in the Product Technical file. Our services allow the manufacturer to concentrate on doing what he does best, freeing up valuable time and resources to be utilized in other areas. As we offer the quality control the manufacturer has peace of mind that the product being manufactured is always what was developed.
