Spray-Pack & Plastics

Whether you are a large manufacturing company in need of a component for your product, or an entrepreneur with a new idea, Spray-Pack offers a full solution for all your plastic container requirements, from contract manufacturing to limited production runs. We have set up our Plastic division to be flexible without compromising quality. We have a specialized production facility that manufactures plastic products for the packaging industry, from 5l containers right down to plastic lids for tins. We also manufacture the caps and nozzles for aerosol products. Our production lines are set up to handle any bottle or container type, our injection moulds are also flexible for lids and caps. We have plenty of designs on hand to meet most needs, alternatively a mold can be made to cater for any intricate our unique designs, customer molds are also welcome.

At Spray-Pack we understand quality, we have a quality control system that checks for manufacturing defects all the way through the manufacturing process.

Our commitment to client service is embedded in every product Spray-Pack manufactures. The reason why we have a plastic manufacturing division, was born out of our commitment to client service, by manufacturing the plastic products ourselves, we are not dependent on third parties for supply which will cause delays in delivering finished product, allowing us to deliver customer service with ease.
